Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
● Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
● Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the services booked. This fee may be charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment.
● No-show/no-call appointments will result in the revocation of online booking privileges and cancellation of future appointments till fee is paid.
